    Elyse Ollivier - Head Coach

      Elyse Ollivier

      Head Coach

I am currently a student at the University of Calgary in my 5th year of economics. At 22 years old, this is only my second year coaching club volleyball. I played club volleyball with 403 Selects from U15 to U18. Prior to my first season of club volleyball, and during my time with 403 Selects, I was also a dancer. After graduating high school, I attended Acadia University in Nova Scotia for my first year. I intended to play varsity volleyball there but was unable to as a result of an injury. Instead, I decided to coach the university U16/U17 club team there. After transferring to the University of Calgary and taking a couple of years off from volleyball, I’ve finally made my grand return to the sport. I am so happy to be back to my home club team, coaching 13U team black. There is nothing like coming back home!

        Kristina Siroishka - Head Coach

          Kristina Siroishka

          Head Coach

Kristina returns for her sixth year coaching with 403 Selects and is excited to be with the 13U’s! Previously, Kristina played high-level club volleyball for six years, has been a member of Team Alberta and played with 403 Selects for four club years. Kristina was on the founding 403 15U team in 2008/09 and truly “bleeds purple.” Kristina has been the recipient of the 403 Selects “Purple Heart Award” twice, and was nominated for the Myrna Empey Booster Club Scholarship for excellence in Volleyball and the community. Kristina attends the University of Calgary and is finishing her degree in Kinesiology, with goals to work towards a Masters in Education after graduation. Kristina wants athletes to develop the fundamentals of volleyball while playing with enthusiasm and demonstrating hard work. Overall, it is most rewarding for her when young athletes also fall in love with this great sport!

            Tesa Weber-Larsen - Assistant Coach

              Tesa Weber-Larsen

              Assistant Coach

Tesa is a first-year coach with 403 Selects and brings over 30 years of competitive playing experience.  She grew up in a small BC community where volleyball was highly valued and supported. She played senior high school volleyball as a 16-year-old setter and came home with a gold medal at Provincials!

This spurred her desire to pursue her post secondary volleyball dream. She was selected and represented the Mount Royal College Cougars from 1989-1991 under the coaching staff of Marla Watson and assistant coach Marlene Venne.

Tesa then moved to Eastern Canada to complete a Bachelor of Arts and Education at l’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.

As a young teacher, she worked with the senior girls volleyball programs in Golden and Osoyoos BC.  However, with the arrival of her own family, she stepped out for several years.

Tesa continues to work in Education and hopes that she can share the joy of learning and her passion for volleyball with the 13U girls this season.

                          Assistant Coach

Dana joins 403 Selects as an avid volleyball enthusiast, having played club for the Dinnies in Calgary for 5 years.  She was selected as a national level all-star setter and played for Alberta for several years.  Dana then went on to play as the starting setter and captain for Queen’s University.

At Queen’s, Dana earned her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and her Bachelor of Science degrees.  Dana then obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic in Toronto and has been in private practice for 18 years, promoting family wellness.

Dana has a passion for and special training in pediatric care.  Her passion is to help foster the development of strong, talented athletes, without sacrificing physical well-being.  She is excited to help support 403 in that common goal and in ensuring the girls are in a challenging but supportive team environment!

Dana is a level one volleyball coach, and has a wealth of experience working with kids both professionally and as a coach in various capacities.
